Fly is not a good move in actual battle, but outside of battle it's practically needed. So instead of teaching a better pokemon that, you should instead get an 'HM Slave', where the purpose is to teach it as many HM as possible, but not use it in battle. As for Togekiss, you can teach it Fly if you want to, since it doesn't make TOO much of a difference as non-competitive pokemon is easy, but if you can, just get an HM slave that can learn Fly instead.

Im sick of using Staraptor, thats rather boring now. Honchkrow has good attack but its movepool is limited.

Both superpower and heatwave can be learnt to late in the game.
